Truffle Farming
Established in 2019 in the hamlet of Courcouyac, just 1 km from the vineyard, our truffle orchard now spans 2 hectares and boasts over 550 trees.
After extensive soil studies and analysis, we carefully selected two varieties of truffle oaks. Thanks to a meticulous and dedicated approach, we achieved our first harvest in 2024—just four years after planting, a remarkable success!
And of course, this adventure wouldn’t be complete without Jazz, our loyal truffle-hunting dog, who helps us uncover these precious culinary gems.
In 2024, we expanded our truffle journey by planting 70 new trees on a separate plot. This time, we’re experimenting with an innovative mycorrhization technique on the roots of our truffle oaks—always driven by a spirit of learning and refining our practices.
